I’m a recently unemployed 30-something year old lady living in Las Vegas grappling with the question of “What do I want to be when I grow up”. Food, travel and frugal living have always been at the forefront of my life and now that I’ve finally stumbled across “the time” that I was so desperately wanting to pursue a passion project, I need to start now before my dog starts calling me a out for never completing anything I put out into the universe.
